Stellar TV Set To Air 'Black History Honors' This Month



Stellar TV and the Chicago-based multimedia company, Central City Productions, premiered its first installment of the television series, Black History Honors.


The Black History Honors is a four-part docuseries, honoring several African American historical figures, such as Harriet Tubman, Henry “Box” Brown, Sojourner Truth, and Margaret Garner, to name a few.


Gospel artists Donnie McClurkin, Kierra Sheard-Kelly, JJ Hairston, Kelontae Gavin, Doe, Mali Music, Tasha Page Lockhart, Brian Courtney Wilson, Zacardi Cortez, Brandon Camphor and One Way will provide musical tributes.


The premiere event was hosted by the President of the National Urban League, Marc Morial, at the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center in Cincinnati, Ohio. (Visit freedomcenter.org for more information)


Stellar TV's Black History Honors was presented by Procter and Gamble with additional sponsorship from Walmart, Verizon and Chevrolet.


Black History Honors will air February 4th through March 5th, 2023.
