CeCe becomes the most decorated female gospel artist in history!
Cece Winans has receive two NAACPAward nominations. One nomination is for Outstanding Gospel/ Christian Song and the other for Outstanding Christian album. The NAACP Awards air on BET at 8PM EST on February 26th.
