Bishop Noel Jones is officially ENGAGED! The 72-year old made the surprise proposal during his 72nd birthday celebration.
So who is the special lady? Her name is Loretta, and she is Pastor Noel Jones’s longtime girlfriend. They have been dating for over 15 years. She is a chef and entrepreneur. With Pastor Noel, she operates JJ’s Bistro in Inglewood and is the CEO of LKouture Boutique.
Even though The City of Refuge, Pastor Noel Jones's Church, hasn’t released an official statement, several members of the congregation have posted videos commemorating the special moment.
Bishop Noel Jones was previously married to Ruth Jones. They were married over 20-years but divorced in the 1990s. Together, they have three children: Noel Jr., Tifani, and Eric.
In the intervening years, Bishop Jones has been rumored to be linked to a couple of celebrity women, including LisaRaye and X-factor finalist Staci Francis.
